1. Partnership with MAJOR streaming platform for OFM people
The more time goes on, the more I realize that playing to your strengths is probably a better way to go than trying to turn yourself into something you’re not. In my case, making content about OFM is better than actually trying to turn myself into an l337 h4x0r who can make social media platforms bend to his will. Case in point, over just a few phone calls I’ve managed to secure a partnership with a MAJOR streaming platform (you’ve definitely heard of them) to not only help agencies onboard their girls to their platform, but also to internally promote them to their 25 million users. Details coming soon.
2. The most hassle-free way to scrub your images from metadata
Categorize this under “things I assume everyone knows because I’ve known about them for so long,” but it occured to me that you may not have any idea which is the best, easiest, most hassle free way to scrub your images of their metadata. I have been using this tool for ages – it’s run locally on your machine and is free. Not affiliated!
3. The New Science Of Customer Exploitation (Harvard Business Review)
Came across this very interesting article by the Harvard Business Review that’s all about how businesses are now intentionally trying to form emotional ties with their customers as a way to increase adoption of their products and services. They’ve picked apart some research and come up with some insights into how businesses are crafting their marketing that I think may be interesting to you – since we are all technically in business. How can you apply this to your OF agency? Great question.

4. A guru who teaches other gurus how to go viral
When my YouTube channel was taken down, I started looking for ways to restart my social media. One of the things I came across was a coach who specializes in helping other coaches go viral. And even though most of you (or your models) are not coaches, there are some excellent principles in his program that can be applied to OFM. I’ve gone through his Skool program ($200/mo) and it’s helped me quite a bit in my short form content. If you’re interested in this kind of thing (or if you have a model that is more than just a basic thirst-trap-generating cheerleader), then it might be worth a look.
5. Poll: Do your friends and family know you work in OFM?
As someone who is pretty up front about his involvement in the industry, I guess I don’t really think about the fact that a good chunk of the OFM community still doesn’t feel comfortable telling their friends and family what they do. Or do they? I honestly had no idea, so I made a poll in my group and let people vote. Go vote in the poll so you can see the results.
